Synopsis
On the Russian-Chinese border, in the Siberian city of Blagoveshchensk on the Amur river, life has its own calm pace. Winter, silent nights are only from time to time interrupted by flares launched over the river - these are Chinese trying to illegally cross the border through the ice-bound Black Dragon River.
