Synopsis
Elisabeth Glinka, a medical doctor, is attracted to the idea of providing hospice care to terminally ill patients. One day she gets an urgent call to treat a case of terminal cancer among the homeless at Moscow's Paveletskaya's train station. When she arrives, she discovers a whole parallel world of very needy and sick homeless people. The film captures numerous episodes over 7 months of her encounters, disappointments, dangers, and ultimate satisfaction in trying to help these people.
