Synopsis
A shaman girl from Siberia; a retired masochist from a family of the Soviet officials; a young man with the multiple psychiatric disorders, serving as an actor... Challenging a sense of identity with one’s body lies at the heart of each story. In Siberian shamanism each tree, each stone, each brook has a master spirit, same as every human body. In a modern society we tend to define our “real” with what we can see and touch, yet a craving to be free from the limitations of the material world is always there, conscious, or not.
