This year, 500 years have passed since the act, which is considered the beginning of the European Reformation. On October 31, 1517, Catholic priest Martin Luther in Wittenberg published 95 theses that quickly spread and caused great enthusiasm for the general dissatisfaction with the Church. Martin Luther's contradiction between the teachings of the then church and her practice was drawn to them. His act started a new era. The power of the Roman Catholic Church began to crumble. The Protestant Churches, which spread from Europe to America, but also Africa and Asia, arose.
