In recent years, abortion tourism has become an unfortunate phenomenon that has also affected the Czech Republic. As a result of Poland's restrictive abortion law, many women there have found themselves in a fatal life situation. Help for them was born spontaneously on the sidelines of the stormy anti-government mass demonstrations, the largest in Poland in recent years. On the initiative of several Polish volunteers living in the Czech Republic, the organization Ciocia Czesia was founded in our country, which helps Polish women who decide to have an abortion in the Czech Republic to mediate the whole process legally with Czech clinics and hospitals. In more than two years of its activity, it has already managed to help hundreds of Polish women in this way. Nevertheless, their numbers are still growing in view of the complicated socio-political situation in Poland... The documentary, based on the stories of three Polish women who went to the Czech Republic to terminate their pregnancies and a few courageous volunteers, shows how important it is not only to defend women's rights and the principles of free choice, but also not to accept the humiliating legislative situation and to resist the dictates of religious-political dogmatism, which takes away women's free will.
