Synopsis

The film is about Béla Biszku, former communist Minister of the Interior who was one of the arbiters and masterminds of the bloody and cruel retaliations after the Hungarian Revolution in 1956. Biszku was in charge between 1957 and 1961 and he demanded more severe sentences and physical eliminations of the imprisoned revolutionaries during Central Commission sessions of the Hungarian Communist Party (MSZMP).
