Synopsis
PLACES WE'LL BREATHE is conceived as a visual essay that advocates the imagination through a travelogue of constructed and “anonymous” landscapes, and is a kind of note about the future. Narratives that intertwine between the visual, the auditory, and the expressed tell us about loss, search, presence, vigilance, responsibility, anticipation, and freedom.
The film continues to reflect on the transmission and preservation of the values of traditional and enduring ways of living and surviving, and invites and challenges the audience to think and reflect on alternative ways of looking and on actions related to the state of sustainability of our habitat.
