Synopsis
Identified as male on his birth certificate, by the age of 2, Alex was reassigned as a girl due to the first of a series of invasive surgeries. Raised under constant scrutiny by doctors, the child called Alexandra grew up in a small Austrian village, as the only girl wearing XXL. As a young adult, Alex has come to realize his innate masculinity.
