Synopsis
A documentary about the life of film director Tomáš Vorel and his unconventional way of life in the Rabštejn forest where he finds stories for his films - and more. "Humans are made by the elements. We came from the Earth. So the cure lies in reuniting the elements within us. The film presents extracts from Vorel's films: Prague Fivesome, Stone Bridge, The Smoke, Out of the City and Goblin. "Having been born in Prague, Bráník, I am a typical city child. When I was a little boy, I used to go to the Šumava Mountains with my parents. It occurred to me there that I belonged to the forest. Later I discovered the Rabštejn region in West Bohemia and I started to ride horses here. As I commuted here from Prague, I realized that my true home was here, in the middle of the countryside. I think it is everybody's true home..."
