Synopsis
A minimalist interview-film it seems, dealing with one of the most disturbing life-stories from the 20th Century. Florence fled from the sexual and psychic mistreatment by her post-war bourgeois home into a hobo life of crime and freedom, just to end up in the counterculture Austrian community Friedrichshof, led by infamous Vienna Actionism-artist Otto Mühl. There her own children were suddenly taken away and the cycle of violence and mistreatment was about to continue. The narrative of 50 years it took a woman to learn to say No. An oral history about abuse, resistance and survival. Compared to Karmakar, Lantzmann and Pasolini.
