Synopsis
Eugen passed school exams easily, wrote music for his rock group and did parachute jumping. The pills also came easily. He swallowed his first MDMA pill just for fun. Then again and again. The fall was dreadful and long like a delayed drop. He does not even remember how he nearly murdered a person. In confinement, he suddenly realized that his life was over and that prison would always be his home. Somebody gave him a prayerbook. It took some time before Eugene started reading it, let alone praying. At last, miracle happened. The door of his cell opened for him and he stepped over the threshold of the jail. Faith was like a parachute for him, that opened at the last moment to save him. This was what he understood when he saw his newborn daughter. Therefore, he went on to write his best song about it, “The Light Is On”.
