Synopsis
When we visited the National Historical Museum in Tirana in June 2004 we passed also a large room dedicated to more than 5000 people who were killed during the commonist dictatorship after the liberation of Albania in 1944. The musem shop offered only one book about Tirana published in 1990. As strangers we were aware that most of the public spaces and places shown in the book have lost their functions during the last 13 years. We started to find traces of the history...
