Synopsis
For several years now, the Vietnamese community has been organizing Miss Vietnam in the Czech Republic. We meet the protagonists at the 2012 beauty pageant to follow the contestants as they prepare for the final gala, and to explore the intersections between the Czech and Vietnamese culture. We see the girls at unguarded moments of anxious anticipation. Perhaps they will help the viewer see other facets of the Vietnamese community.
