Lena’s life has drawn a strange parallel between two nuclear disasters. She was born in 1986, 4days after Chernobyl disaster in Tokyo. As a child she met children from Chernobyl who came to Japan on recreational vacation. After the Fukushima meltdown in 2011, she was fighting the thought of a similar thing happening to Japan now. Her documentary shows people's fear and uncertainty about the safety of nuclear power plants and maps the situation one year after Fukushima, showing that the problem is not only the radiation itself.
