St. Petersburg International Festival of Debut Films "Beginning"

From 21 to 24 November 2016 in St. Petersburg. Conceived in 2001 by film director Yevgeny Markovitch Tatarsky, and supported by the Union of Cinematographers of St. Petersburg, the festival began as a show of short student films, but over the years has become one of the largest international festivals are completely devoted to youth cinema.

Festival "Beginning", held today under the protection of "Lenfilm", will become a platform for the strengthening of international relations, expansion of professional contacts, associations at shows and discussions of creative young people and experienced professionals in cinema.
