Association Sondaphoto is a collective of creative photographers and film makers who deal with documenting life and its changes, mainly in the Czech Republic but also abroad. The choice of topics based on the needs of authors, visual processing areas overlooked or underestimated fields of history, sociology, psychology, culture, politics and personal life. The Association is a cultural activity which consists in a long time working on shooting probes into those areas. The output is the artistic, documentary files. It should be an alternative to the production of the video news in the mainstream media and find their place in the cultural and educational institutions, publishing houses and art galleries in the form of books, exhibitions, film festivals, lectures and multimedia presentations.
