From 2006-2014 we were production of documentary films: Joseph Brodsky: A Conversation with a Heaven Inhabitant, Vladimir Spivakov. Because I love, Muslim Magomaev. Heart on the Snow, films about Joe Dassin, Mireille Mathieu, Salvatore Adamo. From Paris with Love, Maris Liepa. Reading between the Lines and many other works – about 100 films. A specific trait of the Buta Films company is its experience in organizing and holding international projects: shooting the movies, embraces film festivals, exhibitions, and a lot more: Its key feature is the love for the East and understanding of the historical, cultural distinctness, as well as the mind-set of the Islamic countries of Central Asia and the Middle East. In October 2016, we organised the First Russian Film Festival in Lebanon.
