Balkanima is European animated film festival that exist since 2004. It is traditionaly held under the auspoces of Culture Center "Studentski Grad" and Ministrz of Culture of the Republic of Serbia.
The Festival concept is screening European animated films, schools of animation, as well as aditionals programmes (lectures, exibitions, workshops, multimedia events).
