joon film (created 2010) focuses on artistic and experimental films, both shorts and feature length. joon film recently produced the feature length documentary „Of the Salamander’s Espousal with the Green Snake“ (Dir. René Frölke) that won the ARTE-award for best documentary at Duisburger Filmfestival. The short documentary „Guided Tour“(Dir. René Frölke) was shown at Berlinale 2011 and at the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen. Currently producing the experimental documentary "No Peace without War" by Lorenzo Castore and Adam Cohen together with faber film (Italy) and co-developing the feature length documentary on the Rumanian writer Norman Manea "The Hoologan's Kaleidoskope" (WT) by Paolo Benzi.
