Debatikcenter Production Distribution

In 2003, Lulaj founded the Debatikcenter of Contemporary Art in Tirana, as a center for discussing and examining the country’s social changes. The Debatikcenter is currently a small film production center led by the artist and his team and by having in focus the indipenden film production of the youngest generation of filmmakers in Albania.
