Ministry of Culture - Support of Projects

The Ministry of Culture pursuant to Section 8 of Act No. 2/1969 Collection of Laws, on Establishment of Ministries and Other Central Governmental Agencies of the Czech Republic, as amended by the subsequent regulations, is a central governmental agency for art, culturally educational activities, cultural heritage, issues in connection with churches and religious societies, issues in connection with the press, including publishing non-periodical press and other informational means, preparation of bills and legal regulations in the sphere of radio and television broadcasting, the implementation of the Copyright Act, production and trade in the sphere of culture.
