MIDPOINT - International Script Development Workshop

MIDPOINT is an international script development training programme for students and young film professionals. It was conceived at FAMU Prague in 2010 with the aim of strengthening creative collaboration between writer, director and producer in the development process. MIDPOINT operates as a year- round centre, organising a variety of workshops: main script development programme consists of 2 residential workshops and concludes with an international pitching forum; Training the Trainers workshop is open for script doctors and teaches of screen writing; dramaturgy in the editing room focuses on film projects in the rough-cut stage. Newly created Story Launch programme is aimed at development of high-end episodic TV series.
