The passion for cinema and love for the city of Orvieto have brought two girls under 30 (from Orvieto) to devise a real festival dedicated to the art of short films.
Orvieto Cinema Fest is therefore proposed as a film festival of short films with the aim of promoting new directors and screenwriters, both nationally and internationally.
It wants to be a bet with the power to involve the entire city of Orvieto and beyond.
The two creators and other young workers who collaborate in the project decided to bring back to their home city the experiences gained in the various cities of adoption (Milan, Rome, Bologna, Florence).
The aim of the initiative is also that of reviving the desire and commitment of young people in the city and feeling part of a wider project at the service of all. The union of the passion for the seventh art with the beauty of the medieval city can be the starting point for a rebirth of cultural ferment.
