HAI HUI ENTERTAINMENT

HAI-HUI is an independent film/TV production company founded in 2000, having a focus on producing feature films, shorts and documentaries. HAI-HUI was also the Romanian partner for Kornel Mundruczo’s Cannes 2008 competition film “Delta”, awarded with FIPRESCI award and then coproduced (together with Libra Film) “Katalin Varga” by Peter Strickland, named the European Discovery of the year at the 2009 European Film Awards and awarded with a Silver Bear at Berlinale 2009. In the past years HAI-HUI coproduced other important films: “The Mission of the Human Resources Manager” by Eran Rikilis, 2010; “Somewhere in Palilula” by Silviu Purcarete, 2011; “Of Snails and Men” by Tudor Giurgiu, 2012; “Aglaja” by Kristina Deak, 2012 and Berlinale 2013 Golden Bear “Child’s Pose”, by Calin Peter Netzer.
