New Kyiv

New Kyiv is an independent Kyiv- based production company. Since 2013 we manage and curate Indie Lab. Documentary workshop for young filmmakers. Through the Lab we support artists from different regions of Ukraine working on their debut short documentary. Despite this being the first experience in directing and editing for most participants, their work at the laboratory results in creation of 10 short documentaries each year. 2020 we established Indie Media Polis NGO to implement media education for teenagers. Our expertise lies in film project development and implementation of media educational initiatives.
