Febiofest - Prague International Film Festival

What was originally a small event held in two Prague cinemas has grown rapidly in recent years: Febiofest is now the largest non-competing audiovisual festival in Central Europe. The main part of the festival takes place in the centre of Prague where approx. 150 feature-length, documentary and animated films are screened regularly over a period of eight days. The attendance rate in Prague has established around the 80,000 mark. After the close of the Prague screenings, part of the Febiofest program then continues in reduced form to another 13 towns and cities in the Czech Republic.
