ICF provides financial instruments for the establishment of new companies and the modernization of existing ones, in order to increase the overall competitive edge of the different sectors of production. ICF is authorised to set up specific credit schemes and one such scheme is intended for audiovisual production. The distribution sector may also access loans but through the general and not the audiovisual scheme.
