ZDF is one of the two national public channels in Germany and a partner of 3sat, ARTE, Phoenix and the digital culture channel ZDFkultur. The Department ZDF/ARTE Thema is commissioning about 25 Theme evenings a year and about 10 cultural and popcultural documentaries (52’). We are especially looking for author-driven creative documentaries, current affairs and human interest documentaries, documentaries on culture and arts.
