Eastwood Agency is a new emerging film promotion agency based in Moscow. It was founded in March 2019 by 3 partners Ekaterina Rusakovich, Olga Bazhenova, Hanna Mironenko and established a catalogue of more than 200 documentaries, fiction, animation and experimental film titles, mostly from Russia and the former Soviet Union countries.
More than 10 specialists comprise the team: festival promotion agents, a PR-agent, a video engineer, subtitling specialists, translators. The project has strong fundament of more than 10 years of combined experience in the field.
We equally respect cinema of various aesthetic forms and production grounds, from student films to commercial projects. Our main principle is to be open: we advise, share experiences and results, give lectures, uncrown myths and stereotypes about the festival world.
The promotion of Russian cinema is not our side goal. Our mission is to contribute into the integration of Russian films into the global film industry, to overcome the inertness of the inner market, and more widely — to change cinema mentality.
