Emotionfilm was founded by Danijel Hočevar and Damjan Kozole in 1986 as film production of ŠKUC (Student culture organisation) in Ljubljana. It was one of the first independent film productions in Slovenia and ex Yugoslavia. Since 1991 Emotionfilm is independend production in beggining as limited company and now as culture institution.
