Wajda Studio

Wajda Studio was founded in 2011 by the two outstanding Polish directors - Andrzej Wajda and Wojciech Marczewski - as the next stage in the development of the Wajda School. The Studio's achievements include hundreds of documentaries and feature films, dozens of screenings and awards at the most prestigious film festivals such as: Berlinale, San Sebastian IFF, Karlovy Vary IFF, Locarno IFF, Hot Docs in Toronto, IDFA or DOK Leipzig, as well as at the Polish festivals in Krakow, Gdynia, Warsaw and Koszalin. The films created by Wajda Studio received both statuettes and nominations for the European Film Award, as well as for the Oscar®.
