Lava Films

LAVA FILMS collaborates with filmmakers from both Poland and internationally, producing films infused with creative individuality, yet reflecting valid issues of our times. Believing that co-productions are the best answer to the needs of an expanding, multicultural audience, Lava Films engages in international projects in both majority and minority producer roles, as well as conducting service productions. Released in 2015, *THE HERE AFTER*, directed by Magnus von Horn and initially presented at the Talent Project Market in 2011, was then made as an international co-production with Sweden and France, and premiered in the Directors’ Fortnight section at Cannes Film Festival 2015. Recent productions include the 2016 European Film Award-nominated documentary, *21 X NEW YORK*.
