The Washington, DC International Film Festival (Filmfest DC) celebrates the best in world cinema in the Nation’s Capital each spring. Over 100 feature premieres are presented, as well as an opening night gala, closing night party, receptions and panels. In addition, many directors are in attendance. In the competitive category, Filmfest DC offers the Circle Award for film deserving increased recognition, First Feature Award, Signis, Shorts and an Audience Award for favorite film.
