Viktor Skubey. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia, Board member of the Russian Documentary Guild, General Producer NordWestFilm.Born in 1961 in Leningrad. In documentaries since 1989. Worked at the St.Petersburg Documentary Studio as a producer of experimental projects. In 2002 he founded own studio NordWestFilm. He produced the films "The gazes. Phenomenology", "Russian Sultan", "It`s not scary", "Alone", "Hawks of airport NN" and other. Now, he is now activity producer of creative documentary in Russia
