After completing her studies she worked at Czech Television until 2005, starting as a dramaturge and later as a producer. She contributed to award-winning music, entertainment, fiction, and documentary programs, recognized at international festivals. Following her time, she worked in cultural PR. She returned to Czech Television as a creative producer. Her work has earned several awards, including Czech Lions for the miniseries Actor (Best television film or miniseries), Justice (Best television film or miniseries), and the comedy series Dubbing Street (Best television drama series). Her co-produced projects have screened at prestigious festivals such as Cannes, Karlovy Vary IFF, IDFA, and Hot Docs, winning awards at events like the TRILOBIT, Czech Lion, Modrý Anděl, and others in Europe..
