Director of documentary, visual artist and set designer. I work with space, cityscape and its architecture by using image as a common interface. Built with existing cities my projects describe true or fictional communities, linked to contemporary architecture. The anthropological aspect of the city as an observation place and transformation tool is the centre of my movies. I have worked with different structures and through different contexts. Directing short movies for VU’ Agency of photography, creating a video installation for the city of Milan with the help of the Studio Azzurro or making a film about the Bata city architecture model for the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation. These works have been showed in museum, art galleries, universities or festivals and broadcast on television and cinemas in different countries (France, USA, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Czech Republic).
