Inna Mkhitaryan is a photojournalist from Armenia. Photojournalistic career she started in 2006 after completing photojournalism course organized by the Caucasus Institute and World Press Photo in Yerevan, Armenia. Inna mainly works on long-term projects. She has worked on ecological, refugee, trafficking and other issues.
She has regularly participated in numerous practical and highly efficient non-formal educational programs. She has mostly focused on social issues: poverty, Artsakh,conflict women engagement in social and political life, trafficking. In terms of the trafficking issues I have worked within the OSI Production Grant
Her works have been printed and published in a number of local and international media, such as Le Monde, National Geographic Traveler Armenia Magazine, BBC news, Russian Newsweek, IWPR.net, Horizon Weekly (Canada), Hayrenik Weekly (USA), Azad Or Weekly (Greece), Khachkar Magazine (Russia), Ankakh Newspaper, ArmeniaNow.com, Medialab.am, and Hetq.am, 4plus, Chaikhana, my photo stories have appeared in exhibitions and publications.
