Marita Tevzadze is a documentary filmmaker based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
She has a BA in Journalism and MA in Political Anthropology. During the first years after finishing studies, she was working in local media and collaborating with international media outlets. In 2016 she was a co-author of a documentary film series on Georgian Public Broadcaster. In 2017 she did a fellowship at ARTE TV headquarter in France. Pavilion is her first feature-length documentary film (best documentary Focus Caucasus – Cinedoc 2020, Visions du Réel Media Library 2020).
