Born in 1984. Film director and screenwriter. Member of the Polish Directors' Guild. Winner of the "Perspektywa" award, named after Janusz "Kuba" Morgenstern, for the film "Disco Polo," which drew nearly a million viewers to cinemas in less than six weeks. Winner of the "Złoty Pazur" (Golden Claw) at the 45th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia for the film "Magnezja." His third feature film, "Freestyle," produced for Netflix (reaching the TOP 10 in over 20 countries), was presented in the Main Competition of the 48th PFF in Gdynia. Author of acclaimed feature-length documentary films 'One Billion Happy People' and 'Ethiopiques: Revolt of the Soul' (both HBO production).
