Jonathan moved to Hungary in 2016, leaving behind print media for a Philosophy M.A. and a video camera. Since then, he has made a number of short films in Budapest, most focusing on student movements since 2017, which vary from experimental essay films to advocacy and ethnographic documentaries. Jonathan currently teaches filmmaking at CEU, organises documentary screenings and freelances as a videographer.
