Born July 10, 1969 in Moscow, USSR. Graduated at military high school and received a law degree (LL.M). In 1993 founded “Nariman Interservice, renamed to Narimanfilm in 2005. It is specialized in production of film and video products and also legal advice and logistical support of film production projects in Azerbaijan. In September 2005 became one of founders and a board member of “Independent Filmmakers’ Association - South Caucasus” (“IFA-SC”).
