Helle Hansen worked as the commissioning editor for documentary film at the Danish Film Institute. Hansen is a journalist and has directed the films, BZ, The Power of Words among others. She has since 2004 collaborated with acclaimed journalist and commentator Jens Olaf Jersild on a series on politics for the national public broadcaster DR. Hansen has recently supported Projects like The Look of Silence, Motley's Law, At Home in the World, Faith, Shadow World, The Road, Warriors from the North.
