Kullar Viimne is an Estonian director, scriptwriter, editor and cinematographer.
Between 2004, - 2011 he studied at the Baltic Film and Media School of Cinema, Tallinn University. Has studied at film school FAMU (Czech Republic) and IAD (Belgium).
