Ewa Misiewicz was born on January 1, 1960 in Glogow, Poland. In 1985 she graduated from the Silesian University in Katowice where she completed the Radio and Television Faculty. Between 1982-1989 she worked for feature film industry in Poland. Between 1989-1995 she was in Paris where she studied Journalism and Audiovisual Arts at the Sorbonne. Meanwhile, she made running commentaries for the Polish Television. Between 1994 and 1995 she contributed to making a television channel Canal+ for Poland.
Since 1996 she has been cooperating with the Polish Television, making reports and documentaries. She is also a film producer who cooperates with French TV channels.
