Maxì Dejoie studied Photography at the European Institute of Design and soon after started working as cameraman, editor and director of TV documentaries and reportages. He is an alumni of Ex Oriente and Locarno Industry Academy workshops. Maxi directed his debut fiction feature “The Gerber Syndrome” in 2011. It was presented in many international film festivals and released on VOD platforms in 45 countries. In 2016 he co-directed with Virginija Vareikyte his first feature documentary "When We Talk About KGB"
