Born in 1975 in Salzburg, Austria. He attended film productionand directing courses at Raindance in London, specialized indocumentaries at News-On-Video in Vienna, and followed DanielMeyers in camera tutorials in Paris. In 2012 he met Juri Elperinand inspired by his story he decided to turn it into a film. ‘TheTranslator’ is his first feature documentary. Manfred currentlylives in London.
