Francis Kandel was Head of programming at a French documentary channel Planète until 2004. Then he works as the Head of the International Documentary Monitor for the largest French subscriber-only channel Canal+ France. He is now in charge of acquisitions and programming for Canal+ France and the SVoD platform Canal+ Canada.
