After having graduated from tourism college and after different short-time-jobs, Viktoria Salcher – born November 26th 1967 – started 1988 working at Caligari Films in Munich, Germany and Synergy Films in Berlin. In 1993 Viktoria moved to Vienna and worked as projectmanager in film and art. This was followed by several years as production manager and vice general manager at the Diagonale – Festival of Austrian Films. Following some months as producer at Allegro film in 2004 she was engaged as General Manager of the Schauspielhaus Vienna.
Since 2008 Viktoria Salcher is general manager and producer at Prisma Film- and Fernsehproduktion. Vicepresident Association Austrian Filmproducers, Vicepresident Board Wiener Festwochen – Member of FC Gloria, EVA, European Filmacademy, Deutsche Filmakademie, Akademie des Österreichischen Films.
