I was born in Germany, from where I moved to the city of Trutnov. Thanks to a bilingual family, I sat on the jury at German competitions or translated documents, which I subsequently redubbed. I got into directing myself through organizing music festivals, where I tested my management and organizational skills. I studied directing and screenwriting at the Technical University in Zlín, where I shot my master's film Hraj kapelo hraj. I received subsidies for this film from ZlínFilmFest and UTB. I was a guest on Radio and TV V1. For Vltava, I edited a half-hour radio play on Author's Reading Month. I participated in the industry program at KVIFF, LFŠ at UH, MFDF Ji.hlava, Febiofest and conducted one live broadcast at ZFF.
