Amélia Sarmento

Amélia Sarmento is an Azorean born Portuguese producer, editor and filmmaker living in France. They graduated from the Lisbon Theater and Film School in 2011. For two years they worked as a sound assistant and sound editor, notably for "Liberdade" by Gabriel Abrantes (sound editor), or "Plutão" by Jorge Jacome (sound editor). In 2016 they started working on production. They specialize in documentary production, first at Aximée Production then Kaméléon Prod and VDH Production.
